You and your family are invited to join the Office of Gun Violence Prevention, Case Closed Barber Shop, and Aetna for our Barbers & Beauticians Back to School Event on Sunday, August 7th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The event will be held at Case Closed Barber Shop and will feature free haircuts, activities for youth, and school supplies for any students present (first come, first serve).
The haircuts will be provided by graduates of the Office of Gun Violence Prevention's Barbers and Beauticians Collective, which is a seven-week fellowship to train barbers in conflict resolution and mediation skills.
Let's work together to send our kids back to school and stop violence before it happens in our community!
